Despite a lot of attention dedicated to reducing unconscious bias in an organisation to achieve the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) goals, the current level of gender inequality is still very high and the actions taken to diminish it are low. It starts with having trainings that have an impact. According to recent literature, most of the efforts in training soft skills such as empathy have been unsuccessful.
This alignment with the UN SDGs reflects our strong commitment to equality and global progress, providing direction and ultimate progression towards universal goals.
Beyond the ‘WOW’ effect created by our virtual reality experience, it has been shown that virtual reality (VR) experiences create a longer-lasting impact on employees thanks to the immersive learning experience, compared to traditional methods. This makes our product unique and more effective than any other alternative. Many academic studies support the thesis that a brief experience in an avatar representing another person (by gender/skin-colour or other) in the metaverse has a positive effect on unconscious bias.

After arrival, participants get a VR goggle along with basic instructions. Participants go through the experience. After the experience, participants get asked a few questions elaborated beforehand with your organisation to measure how they have felt.
We aim to train larger groups with this solution. Each person will spend around 30 min for this experience.
