Structured Knowledge Building

  • Knowledge Building: Short immersive learning units helping learners build foundational knowledge. By using a concrete example, how do you want your employees to handle a particular situation, how should they react, what values should be applied, etc.?
  • The Learner: Uses the given selection to understand the meaning and content of a chosen topic, e.g., error culture.

Interactive Learning with an AI-powered Avatar

  • Practice: The content learned in the previous part or independently can be applied in a concrete example. This example can be tailored to the needs of the company, and specific behaviors can be integrated to make it as realistic as possible.
  • The Learner: Practices the course content through a conversation with a trained AI avatar, respecting the criteria it was given. This conversation can be completed many times to try different behaviors, management styles, language, etc. At the end of the conversation, the learner gets instant feedback and specific strengths and growth areas.

Assessment & Impact Measurement

  • Knowledge assessment: Based on the applied example, the knowledge can then be briefly reassessed in a targeted manner, using concrete examples from within the company-specific context.
  • The Learner: Practices the course content through a multiple-choice-like training, selecting what he/she believes to be the best answer. A score for each answer is given and shared with the learner as well as the course team. In the background, a scoring is being carried out.
