Workshops «Women - Get Ready Go Forward!»

The economy needs more women on the executive floors – there is a consensus on that. The question is: Why do highly qualified women still get stuck on the career ladder? What or who is holding them back? And how do ambitious women make it to the top?

We are bringing all our experience together in our three-part workshop for SMEs, Coroprates and other organizations.

Goal

The goal of the workshop is to identify and agree on five pressing actions to take in the organization together with the male counterparts. These actions will then be implemented by the organization during a year followed by an assessment of the impact and employee satisfaction.

Coaches

As leaders, Susanne and Christine have both overcome hurdles with commitment, fought out conflicts with passion, managed corporations (Susanne) or editorial offices (Christine) with decisiveness and success. For many years, we have also been coaching and mentoring female high potentials in their next career steps. In the process, we have made the experience: In order to bring women to the top, male managers absolutely have to be on board!

Day 1

Expose yourself! Women often do not like to expose themselves. They hold back instead of presenting their projects, achievements and of course themselves, confidently, competently and sympathetically. We get to the bottom of this topic: With video trainings we show you which tips and tricks you can use to conquer your stage fright, professionalize your appearance and ultimately have more fun with exposing yourself.

Day 2

Leverage your Leadership Experience: If you want to make a career for yourself, you need to be clear about the following questions: Where do I really want to go? What am I willing to accomplish? What do I have the confidence to do? Topics: Self-reflection, leadership skills, assertiveness (in male-dominated boards), and decision-making skills. Included: Insight into the experiences of the speakers, practical tips and tricks – also from a company perspective.

Day 3

Men inclusive: Men inclusive: The participants discuss with male executives about (unconscious) prejudices that slow down the advancement of women as well as about the current situation regarding diversity in the organization. Afterwards, the participants jointly work out approx. four to five binding demands on the company and corresponding measures to concretely increase the proportion of women in management.
